The Yay Food Fat Loss Program
The Yay Food fat loss program is created after the experiences of it's creator Rachel Rofe who claims to have lost 100 pounds in weight following the plan she details in the program.
At first you'd be forgiven for thinking that this is just some B list celebrity claiming that she followed a weight loss plan after looking like a poster girl for dunkin donuts.
This was what I had anticipated but found that in the program it's self Rachel actually chronicles her own weight loss journey even showing videos of her progress.
This added personalized element makes the diet attractive especially to women who like the empathy this implies.
Rachel claims that her diet plan does not involve any kind of strict diet, fasting, excessive exercise, supplements, pills, or expensive specialty foods. Rachel also goes on to claim that her diet plan does not depend on a low calorie intake, or for that matter low carb intake.
So if you are curious I suggest you might want to take her up on her $4.95 trial for the first month to take a look for yourself as I am betting if you've been dieting for any period of time spending $4.95 is going to sound like a breath of fresh air.
But once youv'e joined the Yay Food Program you will be signing up for a monthly support program for $19.95 so be prepared for that...
This is probably in my view it's biggest positive this is not a leave it and get on with it sort of plan its more interactive. Whether the support remains at the level you'd expect remains to be seen and if not you can always cancel.
