The Fat Loss Trouble Shoot

The Fat Loss Trouble Shoot website hits you right between the eyes as you enter you are greeted with a choice of man are women. Truth is both web pages as far as was obvious are identical so it makes no difference so immediately I became sceptical.

It would have probably have been better to either change some content as I felt let down before I even got started.

On the postive note the video on the main web page was an interesting approach which I really liked and it left me wanting to know more….

Leigh Peel the author of the program claims to have been featured in a number of magazines such as On Fitness and Mens Health so she certainly has the right credentials. To be fair this is an excellent course but might be heavy going for some.

The approach for weight loss is one of healthy eating and exercise and comes in the form of ebooks and audios and video (downloadable) so is using a wide range of teaching mediums which I really thought was good and well made. These are…

2. The Metabolic Repair Manual- If you want to improve or repair your metabolism this book will make it breeze.

3. Audio Follow On- Leigh reads the the Fat Loss Trouble Shoot manual and gives helpful guidance and advice as she does so.

4. OPT for Fatloss – This is the guide to get you started in a rapid way to really start blowing off those pounds quickly before looking closer at sustained longer term fat loss goals.

5. OPT for Fat Loss (Remix) – More advanced fat loss strategies for those who have been on a weight loss plan for some time but been struggling to shift those stubbon last few pounds.

6. The Water Manual – Find out how natures gift can make your weight loss and fat loss goals much easier than you ever imagined.

7.The Maintenance Manual – The manual which is lacking in so many diet and weight loss plans how to keep that weight off whilst maintaining a normal lifestyle long term. (this book alone is probably worth the cost of the whole course alone)

8. The Meal Guide- The fool proof meal guide to be used in conjuction with the rest of the course.

9. There is also a whole slew of other stuff included such as logs, videos, ipod podcasts and much more…

This really is comprehensive and I feel this could be very good for those who have tried more faddy diet programs and failed at them. It is not cheap at $77 but compares favorably for content to cheaper programs.
